Conference Registration

Conference Registration will open January 19, 2016, and close March 1st.  The fee for the two-day conference is $250 with breakfast and lunch provided on Tuesday, May 3, and breakfast on Wednesday, May 4.

Lodging is not included in the conference fee.  We do suggest that you make your room reservation at the Fess Parker before registration begins.  Go to "Lodging and Transportation" above for details.

Please register for the conference, using the online form below.  To register, you will need your department's recharge number and financial contact information.  The cancellation is deadline is April 1, 2016.  Also the deadline for formally transferring a registration is April 1 though we will allow informal registration transfers at the conference (In other words, we won't be asking for a picture ID when you pick up your badge). Please email no later than April 1 to cancel or transfer your registration or anytime if you have any questions.

The form won’t let me enter my account/fund source, what do I do?
 
If your account has special characters or Project Codes, or is a new when registering please leave blank and send an email directly to our financial analyst, Alex Garcia directly at agarcia@ltsc.ucsb.edu with your billing information.
